BIRDY WPs r3 128 is a POCSAG receiver design and manufactured by TPL Systèmes for firefighter markets.

The solidity, the simplicity, the ergonomy and its autononomy allows to the BIRDY WP to be the ideal POCSAG alarm receiver in all situations.

  • Birdy WPs r2 is an evolution of Birdy WP pager. It integrates a higher number of RICs, up to 128, as well as a new LCD display with color backlight, which enables the effect of a color to an RIC.
  • BIRDY WPs r2 128 is made in order to be used in tough conditions. It has an IP67 index protection which enables it to be resistant to water splashes, to dust and to unavoidable bumps on field.

Overview

Launched since December 2010 in 8 adresses POCSAG version , BIRDY WPs r3 128 is the last evolution which integrates a greater addresses number, until 128, as well as a backlighted multicolour display which allows to associate a color to an address.

  • BIRDY WPs r3 128 is thought to be used in difficult conditions. It has a reinforced sealing, allowing it to withstand the splashes, dust, inevitable shocks during f ield interventions, but also to the accidental immersion up to 1 meter.
  • BIRDY WPs r3 128 is made of robust materials. Its mechanical and electronic strength guarantees safe operation, regardless of where the user is located. The synthesized receiver BIRDY WPs r3 128 is available overall VHF and UHF frequencies.
  • BIRDY WPs r3 128 is a receiver of new generation providing increased performances in terms of autonomy ( until 2000 hours), top of its class receiver sensitivity, protection level IP 67, great ease of use thanks to a user friendly MMI, identical to the receiver ACK BIRDY 4G.
  • BIRDY WPs r3 128 can be configurate thanks to programming kit working under PC with a USB interface and an ergonomic personalization software, which also allows upgrade of software updates. It can also be used with eBIRDY solution remotely.
  • BIRDY WPs r3 128 integrates a MIFAIRE RFID Tag allowing identification of the receiver, but also the automatic opening doors management.
