Our Team
Founded Prism Systems International Inc. in 1997 to import and export components and accessories for wireless communications systems. The Prism Paging division is US based company that markets its radio paging message management products globally.
Held senior management positions in well know industry leading companies such as Multitone, Quintron, BBL Industries, Metromedia Paging, Arch Wireless, TGA and now owns the Prism companies.
Appointed to the Board of Directors of AAPC and EMMA in 2008, Jim was also elected as Vice-Chair of the Paging Technical Committee in the same year. In 2011 Jim was elected as Vice-President of the Critical Messaging Association – Americas (formerly AAPC). Jim is on the Board of Directors for CMA-Europe (formerly EMMA) and also on the planning committees for CMA Global Paging Convention and Global Paging Summits.
In 2011, he created Xacom International based in Georgia (as a subsidiary of his Australian company) and moved to the Atlanta area in 2012 to build the business through the Prism-IPX joint venture with Jim Nelson.
Throughout his career, John has held top management positions with global cellular carriers and paging infrastructure companies for over 30 years. His expertise drives innovation and excellence in communication technology.
Kirk joined Prism-IPX in the summer of 2021 as the Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Kirk has over 30 years of experience in the wireless industry. He worked at Motorola as General Manager of Sales Motorola Paging Group for over 14 years. Before joining Prism-IPX, he was General Manager at Unication USA for over 14 years.
